Electricity Holding Group to Develop Customer Service Blueprint Design
Electricity Holding Company (EHC) signed a consulting agreement recently with ESB International, a global engineering consultancy firm, to support the customer service improvement programme led by EHC on behalf its subsidiaries. ESB International will provide consultancy services in the form of a ‘Customer Services Blueprint Design and Implementation’ that will run till the Mid of 2015.
The project involves reviewing the existing customer related functions, systems and functional organizations in five licensed electricity Distribution & Supply Companies (Muscat Electricity Distribution Company, Mazoon Electricity Company, Majan Electricity Company, Rural Areas Electricity Company and Dhofar Power Company),. The signing ceremony was held at EHC’s head office and attended by Eng. Omar Al Wahaibi, CEO EHC and Eng. Hassan Abdawani Deputy CEO EHC, Ollie Brogan, Managing Director of ESB International and CEOs and representatives from the subsidiary companies.
